This template is well built and it can be easily modify.
Satisfied with the overall product but there are too many content types necessary to build the same demo site. Theme builders should start minimizing content types. It also assumes that the site is also installed in sites/default. This is not always the case as some of us use multisite and install in sites/customfoldername.
