At first glance, I was confused because I am used to themes being set up in a way that allows me to upload them straight through the theme upload section of my dashboard. For this theme, I had to upload backup files, which were different. It wasn't difficult, it was just different. The instructions were straightforward which made it much easier to integrate.
Once I had the theme's data imported. I had to do some wonky stuff like log in with a different admin user and password so that I could save the permalinks twice. I didn't understand what it was for, and I didn't understand why there was an admin account created on my account without my permission. That was annoying as well.
Another thing that was annoying was that the admin who was added to my site is attached to the template itself. I had to attribute the existing content to my admin account to remove it.
As for the design, it is one of the cleanest WP themes I have ever worked with. There aren't a ton of unnecessary pages and plugins. It's not heavy, so it loads extremely fast. The way it looks on the desktop is the same way it looks on mobile. I usually don't invest in a theme until it has at least 5 reviews, but I vetted the theme thoroughly before I purchased and was willing to be the first to review it. It was perfect for what I needed it for.
