Hi guy, I just want to share some ideas about my last purchase. Actually, I'm usually buy complete template on some providing template site and forum, such as themeforest, template hunter,... And this is the first time with your service. Firstly, I really confuse about website meaning in your site. I think you should use html/css or static page, or something else instead. Second, It takes time in my side to verify my account since I really need that template in that time. I have money, paid, and why did you require my ID number photo? What do I have when I provide that information for you? Hmm, maybe that is your bussiness flow, or something else. Third, why do I need contact with you to download my paid template? You even don't have enough storage to keep it for me. I'm not a big boss, but I can see you guys still trying make everything perfectly day by day with everyone. That is the reason I have wrote this. Hope to working with your service in next time
