I can recommend this clean template, it has a great navigation structure with two levels, a lot of usefull elements, latest news block, and it is responsible and easy to change.
It can be used for different purposes e.g. conference websites, business websites and many more. You can change colours with css to fit to your logo design or other colours.
It comes with a nice lightbox image slider. And it has to top-Link and some social media icons. Great.
