Variable product

Variable product is a product type in WooCommerce that lets you offer a set of variations to a product, with control over prices, stock, images and more for each variation. This product type can be used for products like shirts, for which you can offer large, medium and small sizes and different colors.

On the frontend, when viewing a variable product, a user is presented with a dropdown list to select a variation. Selecting an option will reveal the stock, price and “Add to Cart” button for the variation, so that the user can make a purchase.

In the product archive page, “Add to Cart” button does not display because a variation must be chosen on the product page before adding the product to cart.
