In the beginning, SP Page Builder did not work for me. I tried to add some new addons to the page, for example a simple text block, but it didn't work. After that I sent the my new site access to the support team to see if everything is ok with the license. After that they sent me a video in which everything worked normally for them, they did what I couldn't. After that I changed browser and opened the same page in Microsoft Edge and everything worked fine. What can I say in the end, excellent support and an excellent product.

This template is a lot cleaner and easier to use than previous Joomla templates I've purchased from other places. It doesn't feel bloated and it has a lot of features available. I am happy with it. Support has been great for it as well.
