Overal Product rating - template is not bad and has some good features. What I did find is that some options that are needed, needed the author to log in and make code changes. Features which should actually be available as standard.
Easy to Use. This is a tricky parts as it is easy to use when you know how. If you don't you need assistance to learn. Here is where there is a shortcoming. There is no good documentation or good videos to help when the author is not available.
Assistance. A few times there has been good assistance, but many times and just a few days ago, I had a lot of questions but no replies for two days and not even an acknowledgement that the questions have been received.
I have since paid for a new template from Shopify themes with better support and more importantly, more and better documentation.
