We used this template to create a site for our clients' interior design company. As for me, this design is too heavy, but our clients liked it very much! We integrated this template with our own CMS and it wasn't hard or complicated (I'm a very experienced web-developer). We used not all pages because our clients gave us quite poor content :( (hope, they'll update it soon). This wasn't my first template bought here (but the first I rate), and I like templatemonster because of great quality / price ratio. You get almost working web-site with beautiful and easy-customizable design for about $50-$100! You don't need an expensive unique design to run your first web-site. Conclusion: templatemonster.com rules! :)
