One Star. Would not buy again, and will not be buying again from TemplateMonster. This was the most comical buying experience I've had in years. So This storm in a tea cup goes like this. A call to check IF it was me purchasing, where TemplateMonster fresh aired me and hung up without talking to me, before approving my purchase. The TemplateMonster Customer Support and Billing people hand-balling me from desk to desk because none of them is empowered to approve refunds and credits so the messaging was sorry and wait for the duration of 3 days and a mysterious Manager would reply via email. The straw that broke the camel's back for me though was the Author selling defective and bugged software, blaming me (the customer) for it not working, me (the customer) proving otherwise, and then the Author getting stroppy closing support requests after framing that they did me a HUGE solid by fixing my issue on 1 of the 3 servers.
