Total cost of the miscommunication: 12 hours , nearly lost customers (incl potential for all parties) and unnecessary hassle for all actors. Hope in the future - there will be seamless stated by contract and markerting one-click wordpress installation to ensure excellent customer experience. I would also appreciate the Developer to add this explanation to the customers who work on the Litespeed and other than Apache servers to ensure that you dont lose customers who may think its impossible. Very nice template; easy to use even for a Wordpress beginner like me. I had sent a ticket to the author to get an updated version of the theme and was surprised to get such a quick response.
