Without creating any ticket or without asking anything how a client can decide our is not good? This is not a good way to work. Like, give us chance to help you and solve out or installation help or anything. If we not able to do then give us 1-star ratings. Without asking anything directly submitted 1 star.
Nothing but issues, bugs and sections you can not remove or hide. template monster charged 49 USD to install and test, but they did not test anything, took them 2 days to basically upload theme while there were 2 obvious bugs they did not fix.
