If you buy this template you will have endless amount of issues! I brought this template Sep 26 and they said it will take 4 hours to install.. 2 weeks later and many chases later still nothing!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay caused by waiting for the working details. Just note that our 4-hour installation starts when a customer provides all the necessary for installation information.
The template stopped working after upgrading the Word Press because the Power Builder component is not supported anymore. So we need to recreate all pages using another designer. Don't buy this template.

Понравилась возможность, что можно выбирать из нескольких вариантов шапки сайта, нескольких вариантов отображения меню и файловый менеджер для загрузки файлов

Solid, good template like everything from Templatemonster, reducing time and effort required to build a website to the minimum.
I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because Power Builder plugin installed itself in version 1.0.0 which does not support Google Maps API key. I did have to contact support and request link to download v1.3.0
