I found this template exceptionally well coded and optimised for desktop and mobile use. The single drawback was an absence of instructions for some plugins such as the (1) Mail Contact Form, (2) Google Maps insertion, (3) Newsletter form.
Each of these are scripts from Third Party sources and I felt that Template Monster ought to include documentation URLs in the README file.
This is a perfect solution for my needs and also very versatile
