Only one con, template has no css for customizations included in it so I have to change main php file and now next update will overwrite those modification.

This template is really what I have come to expect from Template Monster - A good, reliable template that gives my site a big jump-start in the creation process. The design is solid and if I do encounter difficulty I know I can get hold of support fairly easily. I like having that backup. I've purchased templates from other providers before and been a bit disappointed by flaky code and support that takes a while to respond. It's an advantage that the images come licensed for use with the templates.

I was looking for a template that would be based on joomla cms, be joomla ver. 3.0 and have a responsive design. I wanted to create a website for a health insurance company. So I found this clean and easily modified template. I totally set my website up in two days, by only having the basic technical skills to do so. I was totally satisfied. To close with, I would definitely purchase another template from template monster.
