We've just used implimented the Ketty template on a new store build. We used the installation service which was very straight forward and we were up and running in about 48 hours. We wanted to customise the template further which can be difficult to start with but once you get your head around how the CMS blocks and widgets work its quite straight forward.
We only had to use support once after the install, the responses were quick and solved the issue so no complaints there.
Excellent. The template is easy to install (roughly an hour to install it). Seems to work well. Robust. Plenty of options to customize it.
The template is well documented in the zip file I downloaded.
Lots of options are related to social media. They are very well integrated on all pages (homepage, product, categories).
I definitely recommend this magento theme. Clearly the best theme I have bought so far!
Ketty Fashion Store is a awesome and beaultifull theme, I recommend.

Good overview on the first site with nice effects and also good presentation on the product site.
