Template certainly works fine but Template Creator replied in a such inappropriate way according to my refund request after we decided not to juse Joomla anymore the same day of template purchase due too much generell problems while migrarting to J4. In many years of being in the webdesign business I never had such outrageous support responding. No goodwill possible but several rebukes, now we pay full for a template we not use at all.

That is totally unfair. There is not any issue in template and you giving 1 star. We follow template monster policy. We can't refund like this. You purchase template and download our files already. if you have problem then you should ask for support. And you also not check demo and description before purchase?
You purchase 10 joomla template and then say i am moving to wordpress and give me refund. is that fair????
