Deniz – Personal Portfolio WordPress-tema

I purchased the Deniz – Personal Portfolio WordPress Theme in March 2024 and recently attempted to install it on a new WordPress setup. Unfortunately, the product is not functional in its current form, and the download package appears incomplete. After activating the theme and child theme, WordPress immediately prompts for installation of the required plugins: Deniz Core and Deniz Custom Recent Post Widget. These plugins are essential to make the theme work, including layout structure, custom widgets, and the demo import process. However, when selecting “Begin installing plugins,” WordPress returns the following error for both plugins: “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” The plugin ZIP files are not included in the downloadable theme package, and the URLs hard-coded into the theme appear to point to a remote server that is no longer available. As a result, it is impossible to install the required plugins, impossible to import the demo content, and impossible to use the product as advertised. Re-downloading the theme from my TemplateMonster account produced the exact same issue. The updated ZIP files still do not contain the required plugin files. Because of this, the theme cannot be installed or used in any meaningful way. This is not a minor technical issue—it is a fundamental product defect due to missing files. Other themes I have purchased include their required plugins in the package; this one does not. Until the vendor provides the missing plugin ZIPs or updates the theme package to include them, the product simply does not function. I hope the author and TemplateMonster can resolve this, because the design itself looks promising. But as things stand, the theme is unusable in a standard WordPress environment.

Product cannot be installed! Even after several attempts via ticket management, you are just being kept waiting! Tickets from August 19th to August 28th, 2024! No solution, I have now installed another product, it works immediately!
