This theme/product is not working you say the theme is WordPress compatible but it is not. Requested support 3 days ago and am still waiting for a response from your support department/Author of the product. I will be requesting a refund plus canceling the extra support I bought. I am very disappointed with this transaction I have never heard of any other company or companies ignoring their customer's calls for presales help and support and then having the nerve to ask the customer to write a review. If it was possible to give no stars ratings I would!!
