Beside the design which is a special one, the support provided by the theme team is of note 10. Thanks again for the promptness and punctuality of the answers.
This theme is certainly the easiest I have used for customisation with some great features.
The best thing however has to be the support, the support has been exceptional.

I would consider this theme outdated. The documentation is slightly outdated too, however useable. The default layout element in Elementor since 2023 is 'container'. Before the development of containers, Elementor used sections and columns for layout. This theme is build using sections, it is an absolute nightmare changing from sections to containers. I do understand that one can keep using sections if preferred. It is just not my preference. I setup this theme as a 'staging' website, never used on the production website, to learn how the code was structured and then rebuild myself for the production website. So, it was not a total waste of money; I did learn a lot from the theme files.
