We used this template for our business website and it worked very well. As like another reviewer already described, you need some skills in HTML and CSS to replace the icon graphics for your belongs. Finally no problem. Google Maps implementation works better with a simple iframe embed instead of JavaScript (and no API key is neeeded). The progress-bar-colors on the start page we had to invert. The Mailingscript should be updated, since all versions below of 5.2.18 are vulnerable. Finally all remarks are just details, we really like this template.

I'm a freelance developer. I used this template for my own new site based on the bootstrap theme layout, design and functionality. The only suggestions I would make is to provide developers instructions on how to change the images as they're not stored locally in the file directories (images). I would recommend this for more a novice or advanced developer small HTML, CSS & JS understanding is required.
