Website Template Real Estate Resposive Bootstrap - современный и легкий HTML шаблон, очень прост в установке. Покупал только лицензию без допов, но наверное есть смысл докупить необходимый функционал. Для глубокой правки лучше купить сразу с редактором MOTO или отконвертировать в WORDPRESS. В любом случае допы можно докупить отдельно по мере необходимости. Рекомендую этот шаблон для не большой компании по недвижимости.

Usually, I do upload templates for my customers... But this one, as a web designer, was to upload a new one like I do each year. That give a chance to my customer to see the new responsive template updates. This template was just perfect for my needs. I used Sublime text 2 to personalized the template and Dreamweaver to upload it. I completed the web site into a light 2 days job... so easy! I asked for help only to find out about the email into the form, and I've got answer rapidly. I do recommand this template to anyone.
