Having trusted Template Monster for its reputation and quality, I am disheartened to report that my experience has starkly contradicted these expectations. Product Concerned: Alberto - Restaurant Responsive Classy Joomla Template by RockThemes My grievances are as follows: Outdated Technology: The template utilizes Joomla 3, which is significantly outdated by current standards. This has severely limited its compatibility and functionality, rendering it unfit for my project's requirements. Inability to Edit Images: Contrary to the product description and my expectations, the template does not allow for image editing. This limitation is not only inconvenient but also detracts from the overall utility and customizability of the product. Refund Policy: Despite these critical shortcomings, my request for a refund was declined. This response is disappointing, especially considering the product does not meet the basic criteria for usability and satisfaction. The lack of oversight on the suppliers you host under your banner is concerning. It is disheartening to witness a reputable marketplace such as Template Monster associating with suppliers who fail to meet quality standards, resulting in a waste of customer resources—in my case, 163 dollars. I had anticipated a product that was both current and user-friendly, aligning with the standards Template Monster is known for. Unfortunately, this purchase has not only resulted in financial loss but also in lost time and potential business opportunities. In light of these issues, I strongly urge Template Monster to reconsider its stance on my refund request. Additionally, I recommend a more rigorous vetting process for your suppliers to ensure that other customers do not face similar disappointments. Ich habe bereits mehrfach bei Monster Templates ein Joomla Template gekauft und die Vorlagen werden immer besser. Vor allem die responsive Darstellung ist klasse. Auch bei diesem Template bin ich - aber auch der Kunde - total begeistert. Die Anpassungen waren easy, der Support von Monster Templates wie immer weltklasse. Neuerdings kann man auch die DSGVO Vorgaben hinzubuchen. Getestet habe ich es noch nicht, aber wieder mal eine gute Idee vom Team. Danke!

This template has a lot of great features, but be ready to do some custom CSS. The default installation doesn't include a ready made slider with content, and the right column modules on the blog page were not set up with the default installation. There is no way through the admin to change the home page bg image - it has to be done with custom CSS and I had to get help from support to figure that out. I also had to get help from support to remove the text part of the header logo. Thankfully, support has helped me with identifying the CSS classes to customize.

Apprenez à prononcer I bought a recent template, and the version of joomla in the installation package was installed correctly. The update of the last version went very well!

All in place and very easy to work. All we need to aply to a nice restaurant. Good job :)
