This template (from 2014) is OK, if you do not need Forms or other non-included elements. Form fields are formatted by using white background without borders - invisible in the white page content. jQuery 1.11.1 is used, with jquery-migrate-1.2.1.js (decrepated!)... SuperFish-Menu, Font-Awesome Version 4.2. Bootstrap is not included, but bootstrap tags are used (unfortunally partially as non conform elements). It takes 1..2 hours to update the template, but then it works fine with the newest Plugins (jQuery, FontAwesome, Bootstrap).
