The live demo looks great, but I was unable to install the product because of 'missing files'. The author logged in and said they could fix it within a few hours. Sixty-three hours after purchase I still have no fix. This theme is built with Visual Composer; apparently, it is not compatible with Elementor.

thank you for your feedback, we never mention that the theme is compatible with Elementor plugin. You have assumed that it's compatible with Elementor and you are giving us a bad review for your assumptions. In regards to the Demo import, there must be some plugins preventing the deme to import on your website.
We tried to help you resolve this issue, but you were concerned about Security and you deleted the username and password within 24 hours which prevented us from accessing the website to look into what was causing the issue. If you would like us to jump back in and help you resolve any issue are facing, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
Very Nice Design and client love it so much. Beautiful html template, it fully suited my needs. With parallax effect and the map integration, it looks even more professional, also looks great in tablets and phones. Great ~
