Disappointing Template and Poor Support
I purchased this webpage template hoping for a simple and functional solution for my website. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The installation went smoothly, but the template was not functional. It seems to be outdated and incompatible with current WordPress installations. I`ve tried it on a new WP Instance etc.
The customer service was particularly disappointing. I tried contact the support team but received no response. My request for a refund was also ignored.
Overall, I cannot recommend this template. It is not only technically unusable, but the service is also severely lacking.
I have used this template as a starting point. Loads of ideas and if you are not 100% convinced with supplied assets - changing them is a piece of cake.
