When you contact them for installation problems by chat regarding these templates, they send you only limited information that don’t even have activation information.

I have just install this template and I can only rate the quality of the technical support Team :
I got a fatal error just after install it (because of my PHP config) and the support team answered me immediatly and resolved the problem very quickly.
So I am pleased to create my new Website with this template !
