I did purchase several templates from templatemonster.com but I am afraid that I won’t be using some of them due to technical support expiration date. When you contact them for installation problems by chat regarding these templates, they send you only limited information that don’t even have activation information.

As a result, within just 1 business day since you provide your hosting credentials, you will get a brand new site that will be identical to the live demo. You will also receive admin panel access details to log in to the backend and start working with your new site and add your content to it.

I have just install this template and I can only rate the quality of the technical support Team :
I got a fatal error just after install it (because of my PHP config) and the support team answered me immediatly and resolved the problem very quickly.
So I am pleased to create my new Website with this template !
