I am giving this theme all the stars because it is awesome and flexible as all hell. The designer included various looks you can use. I find it the perfect way to change the look of any site w/o losing your completed work. If you are stuck on where to start; the template is high quality and the demo content is simple just icing on the cake. I have not had reason to reach out to support and I continue to suggest this theme to those starting out with their web pages. I am pretty sure there is a thing or two I could think of for the better but at the moment I can't bring them to light.
