Having purchased, installed, and customized multiple Wordpress templates, I thought I knew what to expect from Templatemonster, though Id never used them before. First I installed the template, and found that it had none of the features or customizations of the demo version. The next day, they responded and told me that I needed to follow installation instructions. Ok, provide them please. They provided a link to a page on their website that had a long list of technical instructions to follow. Not what I've experienced in the past, but whatever. I followed them to the letter. Two plugins no longer available, but activated anyway. Still nothing. Then they worked to fix the issue and replace the files on my Cpanel. Went to my web address, site looked like the demo. Finally, right? Went to log in to my Cpanel to begin editing my new template. Couldn't log in, critical error occurred whenever I tried to log into Wordpress. They responded that they would look into the issue. Ended up reaching out to Hostmonster tech support and a few minutes later was informed that one of the plugins that they installed was outdated and there was a PHP incompatibility with the plugin. They disabled the plugin for me and access was restored. Still have no idea what the now three disabled/unavailable plugins were supposed to do. All images are blurred out, I assume that this is because they're not selling me the images with the template, though there was not a disclosure of this at purchase and I was expecting to use at least a couple of the stock images. Now that the technical issues are (seemingly) behind me, my attention is on the template - which is not simple to modify. Definitely one of the most challenging templates to edit that I've ever used. At this point, I'm committed - but I might consider all other options before embarking on another adventure with Templatemonster next time. They do deserve credit for following through (mostly) to fix my issues instead of refunding my money like I had repeatedly asked for. I would however, have preferred to avoid the three days of hassle and sitting on chatboxes and instead to have just installed a quality template and began editing a few minutes later as usual.

The file structure is transparent. Easy to configure and modify. A very intuitive way of making changes. I have installed many templates and I really recommend it to everyone who is looking for professional solutions. You will certainly be satisfied. Also your clients. The page on this template will be modern and adapted.

Before buying this template it looked beautiful but later when trying to install it all the images look blur and is very hard to work it and change images. Not only images but all the content is difficult to deal with it. I was promised something called the Power tool but my package didn't have it.

This template worked out to be the best option as it was quite appealing due to its already very relevant layouts for the transport industry. The documentation that was included made it easy to get started and follow the necessary steps to get it set up, and I was happy with the end result. Once it got to customising, that also was an easy process with each section allowing me to update content. A great template to use, thanks
