Smooth scroll lets website users see the contact being scrolled down. Normally, when you press on some link that should take you down the page, the view jumps directly where you need. As a result, you do not know, how much of the content has been scrolled down. With smooth scrolling, it slides down smoothly, so you can see how much it scrolls.

Smooth scrolling feature was added for Cherry Framework 4 templates. You can enable it under Cherry -> Options -> General in your WordPress admin panel. Select Yes next to Smooth Scroll and click on Save Opntions.
