Sources folder is located in the theme package and its content may vary depending on every theme. Mostly, you will find there PSD files, screenshots, scss files for developers. However, sometimes, depending on the product type you have purchased, Sources folder might contain much more valuable files. For example, with Joomla themes you would need to resort to Sources folder in order to install the theme manually. Magento themes have HTML code for static blocks stored in Sources folder.
