On the 18th of august 2011 there was a new Magento release available for download. It contains a bunch of updates and improvements like:

• XmlConnect package release v21 ;
• Order Payment Action for Express Checkout (PayPal)
   – Added settings Authorization Honor Period and Order Valid Period into EC tab in the backend
   – Automatically new authorize transaction created after order
