This tutorial is going to show you how to manage Trash in WordPress.

WordPress. How to manage Trash

When you delete the item (for example from Posts, Pages or Comments) , it is moved to the Trash folder where it will remain for 30 days.

For Posts:

  1. Go to Posts > All Posts:

  2. In ‘Trash‘ folder check the posts that you have deleted within 30 days:

  3. Click ‘Restore‘ to get the post back:

For Pages:

  1. Go to Pages > All Pages:

  2. In ‘Trash‘ folder check all the pages that you have deleted within 30 days:

  3. Then click ‘Restore‘ to get the page back:

For Comments:

  1. Go to Comments:

  2. In ‘Trash‘ folder check all the comments that you have deleted within 30 days:

  3. Then click ‘Restore‘ to get it back:
