WordPress templates. New CSS scheme
June 22, 2007
All the Word Press templates starting from the #15327 are coded in a new CSS scheme.
This new style has less coding and is rather simple. Now there is no need to have a separate style sheet for IE which means one way of coding for all the browsers. From today, the templates have a better look in Adobe® Dreamweaver® software.
A separate style sheet file (layout.css) contains only the sizes of the main blocks and styles of their positions. This will allow customers to easily swap the blocks and their sizes, opposite to searching through the main styles file.
The layout for the styles file has been created more thoroughly and now uses the unique ID for both the blocks and pages. The inheritance allows to create less classes and give them better names to remember.
