1. Log into your Hosting control panel. Select ‘File manager‘ button.

2. Open the WordPress site directory:

   

3. Select all the folders and files, then use ‘Compress‘ function to archive them into .zip file:

   

4. Download this .zip file to your computer to save it:

   

5. Go to phpMyAdmin:
