Some templates are designed and sliced for an 800×600 resolution screen only, so you can’t change the template to fit the whole page using Dreamweaver alone. The only way to expand the width of the design is to slice its PSD file with Photoshop again right from the start. This might take some basic skills in HTML. However, some templates can’t be customized to fit the whole page because they are specially designed for fixed width.
