I like so much the templates on templateMonster, they are really helpful
This template is put together pretty well. I wanted to do minimal customization, and found that changing out pictures and fonts was fairly easy. I haven't attempted to change the color scheme and expect that will take more work.
My only disappointment was the lack of documentation, you are kind of left to figure things out on on your own.
