We considered buying the HTML version, did a trial and developed severalpages with the Moto CMS version and settled on that. Our web developer estimated it was about 20% faster to use. Also, it could be used by non-developers to change text.
All went pretty well until we tried to implement our detailed contact form. Our developer said the built in form was not expandable. We attempted to use several scripts using the embed widget, but the form did not transmit to email. As a result, we are ALSO buying the HTML version and will develop the Contact form and perhaps some other pages in that.
If we were starting from scratch now, I would more seriously consider just getting the HTML version which offers complete flexibility. The Moto CMS versidoes make it easier for non-developers to modify the web site, and certainly has some flexibility, but not as much as HTML.
