It's a gorgeous, functionally rich template with very easy setup (it walks you through the entire setup process. There's also a great tutorial from the author on how to install it, just search online). It's very easy to use and customize too! I've tried quite a few templates in the past, including Astra Pro, and this one is still my absolute favorite! Everything about it makes sense and is easy and intuitive to work with. I want to thank the author for such an outstanding job! His product is genius! When I needed support, both Template Monster and the author responded practically immediately and provided what I needed. It works great with other plugins that I added (Events Calendar and Forum). I only hope the author continues to maintain and update it. I purchased a prolonged support now (I am still in the included support with purchase) and will be happy to continue renewing it.
