Move your store. Keep control.

Bring supported Shopify catalog, content, customer and historical order records into WordPress and WooCommerce. Manage the migration in your WordPress admin with a persistent background queue, live progress and pause, stop, resume and retry controls.

Migration from the WordPress admin

  • Shopify GraphQL Admin API access using your store domain and supplied access token.
  • Products, variants, collections, supported images, pages and articles.
  • Source-matched customers and historical order records with paginated order items and shipping.
  • Optional supported store-setting mapping, policy pages and classic navigation menus.
  • Local relative redirects on missing pages while the plugin is active.
  • Encrypted source archives for additional supported queried fields, with administrator JSONL export.

Background work with visible progress

  • Durable cron queue that can continue on always-on hosting when the browser or PC is off.
  • Live elapsed/running timers, current-job details and retry countdowns.
  • Completed, queued, active and failed job counts with a resource/task breakdown.
  • Recent activity, errors, granted scopes and provisional throughput/ETA.
  • Start saves the visible form and queues validation in the background.
  • Pause/stop after the current job; resume saved checkpoints or retry corrected failures.

Clear destination behavior

Products and content can import as drafts for review. Historical orders use a dedicated imported status and preserve source payment/fulfillment details. The importer does not invoke payment gateways, create live refunds, reduce stock again or send core order emails. Third-party integrations may react to generic save hooks and should be tested on staging.

Store settings are archived unless you separately opt into applying the listed destination options. Source data without a supported native equivalent is labeled as an archive, rather than presented as a functioning WooCommerce rule.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.5 minimum and active WooCommerce; verify your current versions on staging.
  • PHP 7.4 code minimum with OpenSSL and DOM/XML; a supported PHP release is recommended.
  • MySQL/MariaDB advisory locks, outbound HTTPS and writable uploads/temp directories.
  • Hosting cron for reliable unattended processing and adequate PHP/runtime allowance.
  • A valid Shopify Admin API token with the scopes and protected-data approvals required for selected resources.

Read before migrating

This is a supported-resource migration, not a complete clone of Shopify. Themes, checkout behavior, customer passwords, payment credentials and private app behavior are not transferred. Archived discount summaries are not working coupons. File/video/3D records retain queried source metadata and URLs; arbitrary binaries are not copied. Source links, menu assignment, legal settings and destination integrations need review.

Shopify permissions determine accessible data. Older order history generally requires approved read_all_orders access. Metafields are limited to accessible values for selected imported owners. Most source-removed records are retained at the destination.
