--------- HOW TO INSTALL ---------

Manual Installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP file
2. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
3. Navigate to Plugins → Add New

6. Click Install Now
7. Click Activate Plugin when installation completes
8. Look for “Optimal State” in your admin menu

Installation via FTP

1. Download and extract the plugin ZIP file
2. Upload the extracted plugin folder (named optistate) to /wp-content/plugins/
3. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
4. Navigate to Plugins
