Good Product, I recommend, very good and fast support team, problem solved in a few moments

I purchased this template including add-ons and installation for a lot of money. It's been 3 months and I'm still fighting with TOM from the site team to get my product. (Too bad I can't upload pictures!!). The site weighs more than 8.3GB, the site has more than 54 bugs and loops that repeat themselves. These things make one page more than 2GB in size - that's a lot!!! I spoke to the installation team and raised this technical issue. After checking, we saw that the site indeed weighs more than 8GB, so they offered me a reinstallation. I agreed! Then I got a surprise: I have to pay $40 in addition to everything I paid. I remind you: I still don't have a working product!!! The site's technical staff realized that there was a problem that they couldn't solve, so they sent me to the template builder. And so I have been for 3 months!!! I do not recommend buying templates from this site at all because they know how to provide excellent customer service but their products are defective. There are other sites that are more recommended for buying good and proper websites - this is the most important!! A proper website!!!!
