We were not able to edit the theme Hero section, font, and color. We contacted the author and he told us that he could not fix the error he suggested for us to save changes and see it in preview mode the work we have done. The theme uses Elementor, a reason why we bought it but it does not work properly. We went back and forth for over 2 months with the developer trying to fix the issue but the issue could not be fixed by him. Also, he claims to have 24/7 support and that was not the case, it takes 24 hours at a time to get in touch with him. I would suggest contacting the developer before buying this theme and ask him if this issue was fixed.

I have just migrated my site to PHP8.1 from 7.4. I have also just downloaded the latest version of the theme. I now get "Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by" errors when logging in to wp-admin - from the wp-login.php, functions.php, & pluggable.php files - and a debug error on the website itself. When I switch to another theme these errors disappear. I have also de-activated all plugins, and the errors still remain.
I am not sure this theme is fully PHP 8.1 compliant yet. I have reverted back to PHP 7.4 and will have to bear a PHP support cost from my domain provider. Can you confirm that you have full PHP 8.1 compliance?

Thank you Anowar. I am afraid I cannot raise a support ticket as my support has expired. I am not sure I want to pay for support when the problems I am having are about the template working correctly. And in addition to the above, I'm afraid I cannot update slider images in Elementor. This is having downloaded and installed the latest theme twice, and having re-installed Elementor, and tested on different browsers.

So overall theme reasonable... the project took longer to get going that the support, i noticed that there has been many changed over the past year, yet when I go to download the theme, it still seems to show version itsoftVersion: 1.0.0 (not sure if the developer is just not updating the versioning (which is bad practice) or whether template monster (TM) are not updating the themes despite the theme being reported as updated.
So for example the mandatory itsoft Helper Plugin when enabled produces the following error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare em_load_widget() (previously declared in /var/www/.../htdocs/wp-content/themes/itsoft/theme-widgets/em_recent_post.php:8) in /var/www/.../htdocs/wp-content/plugins/em-helper-plugin/widgets/em_recent_post.php on line 6
The links on the plugin for itsoft Helper Plugin seem to go to an error 404 page which suggests the theme update provided by TM isnt the most recent, they simply advised that it was our PHP version which version 8.1 well most hosting doesn't actually support 8.1 (8.0). And again the theme version changes as not updated does not mention any changes to the PHP version it did work when we purchased the theme.
TM did suggest reaching out to the theme developer but that means purchasing extended support which as im unable to download the latest version (or at least a version which seem to have a different version number or is actually different to what we have already installed) im reluctant to purchase extended support. Again this might not the fault of the theme developer, it might be TM. Either way it would be good to know if the current available download via TM actually is the latest version.

There was an issue with the mobile logo not showing and being replaced by a default IT-Soft logo, but the Author fixed it fast and delivered a good solution. Top marks for service.
