The template was recommended by live chat support customer service.
I reviewed the template description and product features.
I used the platforms application to view the template in live demo and for supported devices : ie mobile,tablet and laptop/desktop
The templetmonster.com plateform showed the html5 template in question; resized for for all visiting devices & appeared to function correctly.
I purchased the product, read the documentation and uploaded the correct files and folders to the server.
Next I checked for a Live demo update.
The template in live demo mode, on my server, under my domain, seemed to work accordingly on - laptops and desktops and using current popular browsers like CHROME, SAFARI , FIREFOX , BRAVE , EDGE

I contacted the author and informed the author of the issue with the transaction AND included a screen capture and domain of live demo mode
3 days later, the author responds by saying its an error on my part and to re upload certain files/folders and to include a live demo link to view.-
ALL THAT INFORMATION WAS INCLUDED in orginial support ticket. Why are you responding to my support ticket 3 days later and your response is for the same information I already gave you?
and now i have to wait for the author response another day to tell me the link domain doesnt work.
The domain is simple and included in the support ticket. write the link in your browser and look!!
The problem is very clear here. Your not fixing the solution, you are prolonging the situation.
again, the server files were deleted and all template files were uploaded and tested in live demo.
The result was the same each time.
The template programming has errors and the author is saying is my error.
You are personally insulting my intelligence.
The template does not function correctly on any mobile device using multiple popular browsers.
The error/bug is clear. The menu is expanded and blocks the entire website. This is a programming issue.
Template Monster seems to be doing the same thing the author is doing.
This morning from 9:48am to past 12:00 pm, I contacted Live chat customer service and they were telling me i have to wait more time for help. She refused to release a company name or manager name direct number.
Finally she said to call another company called TEMPLATE HELP.
I called their office in florida and i was on hold for 2 hours and then they disconnected the call.
I called again and their automated sytem locked me out.
I Recommend to anyone who has experienced this type of issue with these companies, to please contact the Florida State District Attorney office and file a complaint.
