You can use all payment systems in Turkey. If your bank's payment solution is not in the WooCommerce payment gateways list, your bank or 3rd party developers provide this solution. Many payment systems in Turkey are also available in WooCommerce.

For a profile of any kind, can we control which fields to add/edit/delete, so each profile can be customized to a specific situation? For instance a hotel profile may need Rooms, Pool, Wi-Fi etc. Whereas an indoor activities place may have other requirements in their profile. Can this situation work using this theme? Or there is only one common profile settings for all situations?
Can the positions of these fields be re-arranged when being displayed on the site/app?

Each feature (activity, flight, vehicle) has its own attributes and profile page. For example, you can define the attributes (activity type, location, etc.) for the activity from the admin panel. You can then specify these attributes for each activity separately.
If you want to add new fields (eg activity date, etc.) to the front-end Create Activity page, this requires some coding experience. We help you with this.
